The Operations Manager, Graduate Programs Office works in close partnership with the Associate Dean for Graduate and Medical Scientist Programs to manage the administrative and financial infrastructure needed to support the effective development, delivery and/or monitoring of the PhD, MD/PhD, Visiting Research Graduate Trainee and Summer Programs in the School of Medicine. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with students, faculty, and staff to ensure a supportive and efficient academic environment. Essential Functions:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Experience: 5 years relevant administrative experience. Previous budget and staff management experience; administrative work in a medical education setting; familiarity with UVA and SOM programs/software (Workday, Oracle, Anaplan, VMED, Oasis, Box, Teams, etc.) Preferred Qualifications
