ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

As a Graduate (Inside Sales) you will have the exciting opportunity to support the adoption of sales-related programs across North America while also providing overall sales coordination and support for some our emerging growth territories.

You will work in a fast-paced environment alongside the North America Sales & Business Development team. You derive energy from working with others of diverse backgrounds and engaging directly with customers. Essential to the role is an ability to proactively manage programs while managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Assisting and coordinating initiatives that drive sales effectiveness, including project plans, assembling resources, change order activities, support, and measurement of results.
  • Coordinate the sales team with the velocity, consistency, and quality of sales pipeline through collaboration and support of the sales team progression of pipeline stages and forecast.
  • Work closely with NAM Sales & Business Development team to best support Account and Territory development plans.
  • Coordination of action items and next steps throughout large complex business pursuits.
  • Help track and measure the impact and ROI of NAM Sales industry event activities.
  • Manage leads and convert them into customers.
  • Own the relationship with new/existing customers and provide guidance with requests.
  • Pitch SITA's product offerings for transactional deals to ground handlers, airlines, developers etc...

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

  • Strong Project Coordination capabilities.
  • Ability to gather data from multiple, often disparate, sources and create meaningful reports.
  • Excellent with people and capable of interacting in a professional manner with colleagues and cross-functional team members, customers, and third-party agencies (as needed).
  • Exceptional verbal skills and writing skills.
  • Power Bi, MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Sales Force
  • Strong interest in technology and the air transport industry
  • Respectful and supportive of cultural diversity
  • Able to work on a virtual team, with resources from different organizations, to achieve shared targets.
  • Willingness to relocate to new location as your career progresses.
