Overview LMI seeks a skilled Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Analyst to support a federal program management office in a fully remote role. Join our team of collaborative self-starters focused on delivering practical and efficient solutions to help our client keep U.S. borders safe and facilitate trade and travel. As part of our high-performing team, you will augment our vital work to provide "eyes and ears" technology to protect our nation. Some CONUS travel may be required. Responsibilities You will manage geographic and spatial data to support the efforts of a federal program management office responsible for the planning, acquisition, deployment, and management of technologies and infrastructure to protect our borders. This entails collecting, managing, analyzing, modeling, and presenting geographic and spatial data, as well as developing maps at various scales. Responsibilities include:
Manage, manipulate, and analyze large geospatial databases containing linear infrastructure.
Qualifications
Ability to pass a government background investigation, including financial, criminal, residential, educational, foreign affiliation, prohibited substance use, and employment verifications; active U.S. Customs and Border Protection background investigation preferred.
