As Global Practices Lead, you will develop and execute strategic initiatives across Hybrid Cloud, Data AI, and Security, building key relationships and collaborating across departments to support growth and profitability.

What you'll do:

• Lead the Data AI category within Hybrid Cloud, aligning strategy and driving execution.

• Facilitate regular strategy discussions with stakeholders to ensure alignment.

• Foster innovation and continuous learning within AI teams.

• Collaborate with business units to enhance AI integration.

• Stay current on AI trends and apply them to drive improvement.

• Build an operational framework to boost revenue, customer loyalty, and profitability.

• Coordinate global and regional initiatives to drive change.

• Support Microsoft, Google, and Amazon VPs in developing long-term strategic plans.

• Secure financial, technical, and programmatic support from key partners.

• Lead commercial strategies to promote AI adoption and growth.

• Build relationships with key stakeholders for business development.

What we're kindly looking for:

• 6+ years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.

• Azure, AWS, or GCP certifications are a plus.

• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.

• Experience in program management and go-to-market strategies.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Proficiency in relevant computer systems and AI development tools.

• Experience in global organizations and understanding of AI market dynamics.
