Our Layup associates pull components from the upper track, distribute bundles of components to other Layup associates, lay up components on the lower track, fix defects in the finished layup, and place unglued components on glue roller infeed conveyor. Working Conditions and Environment: The work environment includes exposure to high decibels of noise, temperature, weather variations, metal welding processes and chemicals, which may include solvents, undercoating, paint, and caulking. Fast paced environment with moving equipment and motorized vehicles running at all times.
