JOB DESCRIPTION: Summary of PositionAn Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant provides individual, group and family counseling to promote personal growth and resiliency in the form of social, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral changes in client.Provides services that support families at risk and enhances the capacity of adults working with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in natural settings, which includes travel in the entire service delivery area of 15 counties. This includes performing continuing assessment of the client's needs and functioning, maintenance of appropriate documentation and development and implementation of the Chaddock Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant Project. QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Requires a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Infant Mental Health or other related Human Services field Years of Experience
Certification/Licensure Must meet Qualified Mental Health Professional status in relevant programs.
