What You Will Do * Work with manufacturing leads to facilitate the purchase of non-inventory materials daily. * Managing make part replenishment schedules to synchronize procurement, and manufacturing. * Acting as a liaison between procurement and manufacturing to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery of goods and services to satisfy or exceed our customers' expectations. * Take production orders and fill capacity in the shop to ensure efficient manufacturing. * Communicate heavily with project management, purchasing teams, and shop personnel. * Run production meetings to coordinate schedules and resources. * Schedule resources to work centers in the shop, ensuring operations run smoothly. * Prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests from different departments Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) * Experience with Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Outlook, and Excel * Must have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship * Experience with ERP systems or similar software What Will Put You Ahead * Experience in an engineered-to-order environment * Production planning/scheduling experience * CPIM certification At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
