MaineHealth Waldo Hospital in beautiful Belfast, Maine is currently seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join MaineHealth Wound Care Belfast team. This position is a full-time position caring for patients in our outpatient Wound Care office.

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider who is looking to work in a collaborative environment caring for patients as part of a patient centered team. You will work collaboratively with our Podiatrist as well as support staff within the office. The ideal candidate will be team focused with great communication skills.

The Position Offers:

Qualifications & Experience:

* Education:Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university. Graduate of an accredited certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner's program or graduate of an accredited Certified Physician Assistant program.

* License/Certification:Maine NP or PA License and DEA.

* Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse Practitioner/Certified Foot Care Nurse Practitioner -Preferred, must be willing to obtain if not.
