The Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Strategy & Success team as a Strategic Product Specialist, focusing on driving the adoption of Adobe Firefly & Firefly Services. Adobe Firefly empowers creative teams to use the power of AI to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate video production, and supercharge their creative workflows. In this role, you will lead the acceleration of Firefly adoption, serving as the Strategic Development Manager (SDM) for Customer Zero and acting as the Category Liaison for Customer Strategy & Success (CSS). What You'll Do Adobe Customer Zero
- Collaborate with Adobe as a customer to understand document and data needs, identifying and scaling opportunities demonstrating Firefly's value proposition.
- Develop and deliver engaging customer events and product demos tailored to departmental needs, focusing on real-world impact rather than just features.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers and specialists to create targeted adoption strategies and drive active user engagement within Adobe.
- Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing teams, providing actionable insights to inform product roadmaps and go-to-marketing strategies
- Develop and summarize personas, use cases, user guides, and customer value stories
- Support achieving specific KPI goals established for Adobe Customer Zero (similar to customer-facing team goals).
Category Liaison
- Be the "voice of" Firefly & Firefly Services for CSS by serving as the strategic lead with our ecosystem partners (e.g., ESAP VOC, PM, PMM, GTM, Marketing, Sales). Examples include:
- Identify, prioritize, and communicate CSS requirements (e.g., working with global CSS Firefly liaisons, Voice of Customer)
- Support 'Run the Business' forums, including Category RTB & QBRs (e.g., participate, present, develop content, share insights with CSS)
- Facilitate information across CSS to share information (e.g., new features, GTM strategy)
- Share best practices with CSS org to ensure consistency and effectiveness
- Support the achievement of specific KPI goals established for CSS related to Firefly including working with the Customer Strategy & Intelligence team on overall CSS progress
What You Need to Succeed
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with all levels, with a particular emphasis on executive communications
- Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities, skilled in creating content and transforming it into clear, compelling narratives
- Strong relationship-building skills, adept at gaining consensus & cultivating trust with internal stakeholders
- Ability to synthesize insights across Adobe and the CSS team, effectively communicating them to our internal ecosystem (e.g., PMM, PM, Marketing, etc.)
- Leverage a mix of customer success, business development, product evangelism, marketing, and consulting expertise
- Proficiency in translating complex business requirements into accessible and practical solutions
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $94,300 -- $179,300 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
