Bryan Heart is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) as a senior non-physician leader of a multi-site regional cardiology and vascular practice in the Midwest. This executive leader will oversee a team that includes 22 cardiologists, 3 cardiac surgeons, 4 vascular surgeons and over 40 APPs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten (10) years progressive management experience, including a minimum of three (3) years in executive leadership for a physician specialty group of 10 or more physicians (including procedural specialists) with multiple sites of operation. This individual must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrable expertise in all aspects of clinic operations. A master's degree in a health-related field or business administration is required.
