Description
SUMMARY Primary responsibility is to plan, direct, and coordinate activities for the Google Service account to ensure that goals or objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and cost parameters. Responsible for the receiving, responding, and tracking service request tickets. Support, plan, and coordinate all aspects of assigned service accounts. Performs a variety of roles including account coordination and customer service while exercising discretion and independent judgment to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. The following duties are performed individually or through supporting additional members of the Service Operations team. Required duties may vary or change in importance as client requirements are shifted. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Essential skills include relevant product knowledge, attention to detail, organization skills, proficient verbal and written communication and various technology proficiencies. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED required. Three to five years related experience and/or training (such as project administration or project management) may be substituted for some experience or formal education requirements. Working knowledge of furniture systems and electrical / cabling issues essential. Previous project-related supervisory experience required.
