The Tax Administrator provides administrative support for all members of the tax group. This includes responsibility for all phases of tax return processing and filing. This position is also responsible for the management and maintenance of a number of critical internal controls. This is a key position within the department, which is responsible for all aspects of tax compliance for a large group of accounts including trusts, estates, foundations, individual retirement accounts, investment partnerships, and individual and gift tax returns. In accordance with applicable Federal and State laws, the anticipated annual salary range for this position, depending on location, is as follows: Boston, MA: $62,330 to $89,120 In addition to a standard benefits package, this role may be eligible for additional contingent compensation based on an array of factors, including but not limited to: work performance, geographic location, work experience, education, and qualifications.
