Job OverviewThe role of the Cloud Resource Enginering Principal Engineer is to translate technical network and service architectures and design strategies ensuring their accurate reporting for the development of T-Mobile's Cloud FinOps tools and capabilities. This role requires the creation of customer-centric solutions/approaches driven by data analysis, business acumen, creativity, and effective communication. This position will lead the design and development of reporting structures and interfaces, as well as administration of standardized reports to be utilized cross-functionally. Present advanced business insights and findings in succinct and creative ways using data visualizations for a broad audience, including all levels of leadership, technology, business and finance. Works on assignments that are difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments. Works on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative. Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions. Job Responsibilities: (Required)

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
