Job Description
  • Assist in managing daily operations and providing support to team members and clients.
  • Engage effectively with a diverse group of participants, fostering positive interactions.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and case notingto ensure smooth workflow.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to address client or participant needs and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Utilize Comprehensive Workforce Development System(CWDS) to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
  • Adapt to a dynamic work environment and contribute to team goals as needed.
  • Assist with Supportive Services

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience incustomer service, data entry, administration,
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a part-time schedule effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a temporary role with potential for growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cultural sensitivity and the ability to engage effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds.
Additional Information

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in a temporary, part-time capacity. January - April 25, 2025. This position offers the potential to transition into a full-time role.

Monday - Friday 25 hours a week

$19.00 an hour
