Senior Contract Administrator

Remote (Mclean, VA)

Pay From: $50/hr.

MUST:

Experienced Senior Contract Administrator

5-8+ years contract administration/subcontract management experience for a federal contractor required

5+ years' experience in proposal review, response, and negotiations as well as lifecycle contract administration (award through closeout) required

Required experience with RFP shredding and creation of compliance matrix for each solicitation

Experienced in Risk identification, pricing data calls support.

Required experience with Creating NDAs and TAs

Experience with FAR and DFAR

Experience with Costpoint required ( Version 8)

Experience in negotiating and managing subcontracts required

Experience in Contractual documentation completion (SF33, SF30, Reps/Certs, OCI sweep, OCI Mitigation Plan, SB Subcontracting Plans, cover letters, cost narrative support)

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Bachelors degree in business field required

DUTIES:

Will report to Vice President, Contracts & Procurement

Will support pre-award work

Performs the contract duties for new business pursuits from identification of pursuit by Client through proposal submission.

Administer, extend, negotiate and terminate standard and nonstandard contracts.

Conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with Company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.

Examine estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Prepare bids; process specifications, progress, and other reports; advise management of contractual rights and obligations; compile and analyze data; and maintain historical information.

Monitor company performance for conformance to original proposal and maintain continual reviews to ensure that all terms and conditions are met and that the contract is in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations.

Prepare and disseminate information throughout the company regarding contract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation, and termination.

Initiate documentation to authorize and direct work in accordance with contractual specifications.
