AML/BSA Business Analyst

Title: Business Analyst

Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)

Locations: Atlanta, GA:: Charlotte, NC:: Raleigh, NC

Job Description-

• Extensive experience defining and documenting business, functional non-functional requirements
• Support the coordination and execution of the Program Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Test Team
• Experience in regulatory sanctions, BSA/AML, transaction monitoring, and USA PATRIOT Act
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams with clarity and comprehensiveness
• Experience driving multi-workstream / multi-project engagements to coordinated delivery plans and go-lives.
• Operational familiarity with client project management (PMLC) and technology delivery (TDLC) processes
• Experience engaging senior business and technology stakeholders to report status, generate sponsor engagement and drive to decisions
• Experience creating and delivering change management materials
• Experience supporting budget processes and forecasting
• Experience engaging with software vendor resources to drive delivery execution to timeline and budget
• Support team that's directly accountable for driving successful results for client LOB and ET teammates

Must Have Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or other relevant work experience
• Business analysis including delivery change management materials
• Communicate effectively with team members, management and product owners

Plus, Nice to have Skills:

• Two+ years of experience working on or with Agile teams
• College Degree in Computer Science, Math or related field of study
• Safe Scrum Master Certification or Certified Scrum Manager or other industry recognized Scrum Master certification
• Experience with Agile tools such as Rally, or PMLC
