Clinic Manager - Nuclear Medicine

Description
Under the direction of the Nuclear Medicine Operations Manager, you will provide day-to-day administrative oversight and support to Patients, Clinic staff, and Faculty in multiple locations.
Ensure efficiency and CICARE standards for all inpatients and outpatients encounters by continuously training and educating staff on workflow, setting clear expectations, and holding personnel accountable.
Directly supervise other administrative support staff, monitoring workflow, evaluating their performance, establishing procedures, and recommending systems for optimum performance. Maintain and improve daily clinic operations for all Nuclear Medicine clinic locations.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic and satellite locations, ensuring all operations run smoothly
* Manage and supervise administrative staff members, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care and efficient operations
* Monitor and manage financial operations, including budgeting, billing, and accounts receivable
* Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians, vendors, and other healthcare organizations
* Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
* Monitor patient satisfaction and address any issues or complaints

Salary Range: $68,800-141,000 per year

Qualifications
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision to follow through on assignments.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Skill in analyzing information, problems, situations, practices or procedures to define the problem, identify relevant concerns or factors, identify patterns, tendencies and relationships and formulate logical object conclusions.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.
