Job Overview:

The Operations Leader will manage the CARE Operation Team responsible for the centralized management of Ingersoll Rand's multi-year Service Agreements portfolio. This role also oversees the operational health for all service programs within the portfolio, requiring a high level of independent initiative and collaboration with other business functions.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the centralized CARE Operations Team, overseeing new Agreement registrations, modifications, expiring Agreements, and early terminations.

  • Operationalize new offerings and enhancements to Ingersoll Rand Service Agreement Portfolios.

  • Oversee the financial health of programs within the portfolio, ensuring target margin attainment and execution efficiency.

  • Develop, generate, and communicate operational KPIs for the Service Agreement Portfolio and take action as needed.

  • Provide ongoing support for the SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) conversion.

  • Support Service Agreement quoting tools, such as the CARE Calculator.

  • Manage system defects, improvements, and future enhancements for Service Agreements.

  • Oversee centralized Service Agreement invoicing and financial accounting.

  • Ensure accuracy of install base data (e.g., frame types, ship dates).

  • Oversee specialized and bundled Service Agreement registrations and execution.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree required; a concentration in service-related business or marketing is a plus.

  • 5 years of industry experience preferred within the compressed air or related business-to-business industry.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint); expertise in Salesforce is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.

Preferences:


  • Experience in service sales enablement tools and training.

  • Knowledge of service agreement demand planning and market trend analysis.

  • Background in developing and launching new service offerings.

  • Familiarity with Kanban, VMI, and consignment agreements.

  • Experience with ERP or CRM system improvements.



Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements:


  • This position will be based at our corporate offices in Davidson, NC, with anticipated domestic travel up to 20-30% based on business needs.
