The University of Iowa College of Nursing is currently recruiting faculty for a 100% effort (9-month academic or 12-month fiscal appointment) to establish and lead an Office of Teaching and Learning within the college to enhance leadership in nursing education among the faculty. Faculty are committed to designing and implementing curricula in which students develop critical thinking, decision-making skills, clinical judgment, cultural sensitivity, and professional nursing values in an increasingly complex health care system.
