JOB MISSION: The Sr. Manager of NB Manufacturing Materials & Logistics Operations will be responsible for leading the staffing, employee development, process improvement, digital transformation, capital and capacity planning, budgeting, and financial activities necessary; to safely, accurately, and cost effectively manage materials operations that support the New Balance Manufacturing warehousing and transportation network. Scope of responsibility includes all manufacturing material warehousing, in-bound and out-bound activities, and inventory MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Direct management responsibility for multiple teams in multiple locations performing warehousing, inventory control and transportation functions. Provide direct reports with leadership, direction, and coaching to achieve goals and improve performance and skills REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS: * 10+ years of Supply Chain experience with emphasis in Warehousing, Inventory & Fleet Management * Bachelor's Degree; preferably in Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering Regular Associate Benefits Our products are only as good as the people we hire, so we make sure to hire the best and treat them accordingly.
