We are seeking a Microloan Program Coordinator who will be responsible for all duties related to Microloan Programs at CTI, including managing the loan portfolio, managing all loan reporting requirements, ensuring that pre-and post-loan technical assistance is provided in a timely manner. This position is also responsible for outreach and training to small business clients of the center and may be required to perform servicing and liquidation actions.

Responsibilities include:

Ensure that the Entrepreneurship Center meets its minimum loan closings each year, as set forth in our SBA Intermediary Contract.

Ensure that the Entrepreneurship Center has available loan funds to meet the obligations of the contract as well as demand for loans.

Ensure that all loans are serviced, underwritten, closed and reporting according to SBA Intermediary contract requirements.

Work closely with regional, state and federal SBA and other local organization teams to ensure a strong, productive relationship between the ECenter and various partners. Perform local travel to local businesses.

Work closely with CTI's fiscal department to ensure that all loan payments are made in a timely manner.

Ensure that all client engagements are documented, and that all SBA data is clean and reported appropriately and in a timely manner.

Provide highly quality, appropriate pre and post loan technical assistance during the application/underwriting process to mitigate loan risk.

Manage relationship with SBA Funding committee and local banking partners to ensure high quality referrals to the SBA Microloan.

Manage loan and other CRM database to ensure compliance on all reporting, internally and externally.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Associates Degree preferred.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in loan generation, business development, business ownership or project management required. Previous training experience preferred.

Excellent customer service, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Proficient computer skills to include: Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and comfort learning new software and tracking systems.

Desire to work with low-income, culturally diverse, and at-risk families and individuals.

Ability to perform local travel.

Ability to work effectively with and meet the needs of people from a diverse range of backgrounds, cultures, and identities, including underserved communities and people from the different racial groups, socioeconomic statuses, nationalities, and languages that make up CTI's clientele.

Bilingual skills (English/Khmer, Spanish, or Portuguese) a plus.
