QUANTUM DATA ANALYSIS

• Provide frontline Quantum technical support related to contract requirements, including the creation of warehouse and stock locations, uploading part data, and verifying accuracy.
• Participate in strategic planning processes and execution of Quantum system development resulting in program modifications required to effectively execute contractual obligations.
• Aid in the development, creation, and maintenance of contractual reports and pull reports as needed.
• Provide data audits by reviewing record accountability in Quantum
• Analyze data sets within Quantum to assist Program Managers in resolving contract issues.
• Create contractual action plans to provide ongoing analyses in areas pertaining to contractual requirements, with emphasis placed on parts procurement, on-time delivery, order fulfillment rates, and delivery processes, allowing for improvement in contract efficiencies.
• Attend Contract meetings with Program Management to provide knowledge and expertise of Quantum requirements.

EMPLOYEE QUANTUM TRAINING

• Assess employee training needs with the help of the contract Program Manager.
• Develop training process(es) based upon employee needs.
• Provide training through virtual or face-to-face methods.

Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of management.

Education

• Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Management, or other logistics field required - bachelor's degree preferred.
• Work experience may substitute for the education requirement. Each 2 years of related experience is equivalent to 1 year of college.

Experience

• Minimum of six (6) years' experience working in the Logistics or Supply Chain field, four of which must have been in a role requiring the use of Quantum.
• Direct experience working on contracts or projects with or for the U. S. Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), USAF/AFSAC or Foreign Air Force.

License, Cert or Registration

• Current driver's license
• Proof of U.S. citizenship
• Must have ability to obtain and retain a valid security clearance and US Passport.
• Six Sigma experience or certification is preferred.

Special knowledge, skills, & abilities

• Excellent English language skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate before groups of customers or employees inside or outside of the organization.
• Must possess an excellent understanding of technical issues and the ability to work within a U.S. Government contractual environment.
• Knowledge of DOD procedures required for the expediting of high priority requisitions.
• Demonstrate critical thinking to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.
• Detailed understanding of demand analysis and how it impacts inventory investments and production schedules.
• Possess problem solving and analytical skills needed to investigate and develop theories and conclusions based on information gleaned from multiple sources of information.
• To perform this job successfully, the individual must show proficiency with computers, software, and general office equipment. Intermediate or higher proficiency using Microsoft Office programs specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Willing to travel.
• Must have outstanding attention to detail and data input skills.
