Hourly Range: $17.41 to $22.96 depending on experience.

Are you driven by purposeful work and the opportunity to grow your career? As our Logistics Coordinator stationed in Coral Springs, FL, you will enjoy making an impact on the business and our customers through overseeing and executing inbound and outbound shipments of our dynamic products.

Your core focus will be streamlining warehouse delivery and shipping activities, increasing the efficiency of warehouse and transportation operations.

In addition, as the Logistics Coordinator you directly impact our customers, the local businesses, organizations, and institutions that are pillars of our communities by ensuring they have the products they need to drive their organizations forward.

What you'll do



  • Advise Management regarding schedules for all logistics matters
  • Facilitate requisition and purchase processing via purchase orders
  • Coordinate all warehouse, transportation, and equipment delivery activities
  • Supervise equipment deliveries in coordination with sales and service
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and materials
  • Maintain, update, and audit the inventory database system
  • Provide direction and guidance to less senior warehouse staff
  • Inspect physical warehouse and freight equipment conditions
  • Coordinate warehouse cleaning tasks
  • Ensure that received shipments are stored appropriately
  • Direct the claims process for salvage, damaged, and used equipment
  • Process Return Merchandise Authorizations and close out equipment transactions
  • Oversee vendor lease returns



Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Warehouse operations expertise, including inbound and outbound delivery support
  • Versed in maintaining inventory databases and organizing and coordinating paperwork
  • Experience with maintaining customer websites and portals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Federal, State, and Local DOT regulations (Preferred)
  • Possess a Valid Drivers' License to drive company vehicles
