Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTION : This Solution Center Analyst Lead position will be focused on providing support for Level 2 and 3 IT-related issues including hardware, OS, applications, networking, and peripherals. This position requires the development of training sessions and documentation for clients and support staff. This position needs to work efficiently and collaboratively within the group and across the organization. Duties may include, but are not limited to, application implementation, device setup and troubleshooting, client training, network setup and troubleshooting, and video conferencing setup and troubleshooting . ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Resolve Level 1 & 2 issues and questions that have been escalated, which includes: Device hardware & software troubleshooting & support of the following OSa: Windows, Mac OS, IOS, & Android plus encryption Enterprise and desktop application support Printer access & installations including driver updates Password resets Remote Access support Working knowledge of help desk solutions using ITIL processes. Manage call queues and client follow-up Work with IS&T Level 3 & Development teams on issue resolution Managing Level 1 & 2 IS&T staff in the absence of the Solution Center Manager Develop training sessions and documentation for clients and support staff Provide on-call support for issue escalations Work directly and indirectly with partners and clients on projects to determine support scope, requirements, and resources Stay current with all relevant IT security, HIPAA, and other related compliance issues, technologies, and requirements. Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the iSCORE values of Jefferson. OTHER FUNCTIONS AND COMPETENCIES: Demonstrated and proven ability to provide Level 2 and 3 support (phone, remote, onsite) for IT-related issues including hardware, OS, applications, networking, and peripherals. Must be able to keep current with new IT security technology and policy developments and present options for improvement as required. EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS : Bacheloras degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field is preferred. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : 5 years or more of experience in resolving Level 2 and 3 IT-related issues including hardware, OS, applications, networking, and peripherals. Healthcare experience preferred. Proven experience in understanding and resolving network issues as it relates to attached devices Experience developing technical documentation is required. ________________________________________________________________________ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION : Ability to learn new technical skills, applications, and processes is required. Strong communication skills including oral, written, and presentation skills are required. Analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
