We are seeking qualified candidates for the Counsel, Regulatory & Compliance at our Corporate facility located in Glen Allen, VA. The role involves providing strategic legal counsel on regulatory matters, helping business leaders manage regulatory risks. Key responsibilities include advising on privacy laws and developing frameworks to ensure compliance with global privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR), FDA regulations, and anti-kickback laws related to medical devices. The position also involves guidance on state and federal laws concerning supply chain diligence, public health, and environmental regulations, as well as supporting business partners on employment law issues and related policies.
