Evanston, IllinoisAdd to Favorite Jobs Email this Job Department: Temp Center CTD Temporary Summer Office Assistant CTD Academic Summer Camp at Northwestern University Office Assistants (OA) work closely with a variety of staff and work in many aspects of the summer program, providing clerical and organizational assistance to keep the Summer Program running smoothly and efficiently as directed by the CTD Summer Office Manager. In addition to their administrative tasks, OAs also provide student supervision during drop-off, pick-up, lunch, and afternoon activities. This is an active and visible role requiring high energy and flexibility. Employment Dates and Salary Full-time or part-time work: May 27 - August 15, 2025, June 29 and July 20 (Sundays) required Hours: Monday - Friday, generally 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (hours may vary) Compensation: $17.00 per hour; 37.5 hours maximum; one-hour unpaid break daily Qualifications
