Evanston, IllinoisAdd to Favorite Jobs Email this Job Department: Temp Center CTD Temporary Summer Assistant Program Assistant (Supply Manager) CTD Academic Summer Camp at Northwestern University The temporary Program Assistant (PA) Supply Manager works closely with the permanent Summer Program Assistant and Program Coordinators to keep programs running smoothly and efficiently. The Supply Manager is responsible for inventory, ordering, tracking and distribution of all summer program-related supplies as directed by permanent team members. Additionally, the Supply Manager is responsible for purchasing and purchase reconciliation for program-related supplies. This is an active and visible role requiring high energy, flexibility, and attention to detail. Employment Dates and Salary Full-time work: April 21 - August 15, 2025, June 29 and July 20 (Sundays) required Hours: Monday - Friday, generally 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (hours may vary) Compensation: $19.00 per hour; 37.5 hours maximum per week; one-hour unpaid break daily Qualifications
