Position Summary: The Woodlands Family YMCA at Shadowbend 6145 Shadowbend Pl, The Woodlands, TX 77381 Provide quality care and instruction in our outreach youth enrichment program by teaching values, ensuring safety and facilitating structured play and educational activities with the children, in accordance with program standards and YMCA policy. Have a strong passion for working with at risk youth in a non-traditional environment (apartment complexes, community centers, etc.). Provide a quality experience to children and parents that focuses on youth development, including the YMCA core values: honesty, respect, responsibility, caring, and faith. To be successful in this position, teamwork is a necessity as well as ability to work with diverse populations (social, cultural, economic, etc.). Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
