Who you are

Responsible for spearheading and supporting space management and occupancy planning initiatives tailored to align with client-specific business goals and cultural values. You will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of space management and occupancy planning, including coordinating meetings, conducting reviews, compiling summaries and reports, tracking KPIs, creating occupancy plans, providing support to clients, and ensuring accurate database management. Also, involved in tactical planning, relationship management, and executing upon innovation and continuous improvement opportunities.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Analytics, Workplace Strategy, Research) required.

  • A team-oriented mind-set and be as comfortable working alone as working with a broader team.

  • Strong written & verbal communication, presentation, data collection, and facilitation skills are essential.

  • Must be process-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to establish and adhere to goals and objectives.

  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams, ability to analyze a variety of data sets.

  • Familiarity with architectural drawings; furniture, fixtures, and equipment; design and space planning concepts; construction costs and schedules; project management skills.

  • Ability to effectively partner and deliver results in a matrix environment.

  • Not required but positive consideration will be given to candidates with Change Management experience including developing and implementing workplace strategies.

What success looks like

  • Assist clients, account leaders, and space and occupancy managers to ensure workflows and project work is successful.

  • Facilitate meetings with clients and end-users, providing agendas, minutes, and project management fundamentals.

  • Manage and maintain a repository of space-related data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for reference.

  • Work closely with clients or internal stakeholders to collect information and create various workplace scenarios, considering factors like growth, reorganization, and adherence to corporate standards.

  • Responsible for accuracy of IWMS information, including functional business group assignment, general office space allocation, accurate occupancy, working space information, conference room ownership, etc.

  • Verify accuracy of space data by conducting monthly reviews and updates to database (IWMS) to reflect new details and as-built information.

  • Prepare strategic plans with block, test fit plans, sizing models, and AutoCAD drawings. Provide as-built AutoCAD plans to clients maintaining timelines and established Service Level Agreements.

  • Report on key metrics with detailed reporting, including dashboards covering key metrics and detailing space utilization, forecasts, and recommendations for optimizing space allocation.

  • Maintain, update, distribute, and host calls reviewing standard template for projects that are pending action, notice, or expiration based on client protocols.

  • Meet with business partners to retrieve and collect their business strategies and demand forecast information, this includes collecting headcount forecasts and resolving headcount discrepancies.

  • Support client manager and teammates in all programming, project support, presentation, and Business Case Analysis development

  • Analyze data, draw conclusions, devise space and occupancy scenarios, and present in simple summarized ways.

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $67,835 to $90,000.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Benefits

Employees are able to enroll in our company's 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. 12 weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.

Bonus

This position is eligible for an annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
