TEK Systems is hiring for an Operations & Client Services Analyst at a financial company in Henderson, NV! The Operations & Client Services Analyst will provide outstanding customer service to clients. This position will be responsible to fulfill both client and manager's requests such as accounting maintenance, online banking trouble shooting and resolution, deposit application processing, mortgage loan modification processing, issue and complaint tracking/resolution, etc. This person will significantly contribute to the company's commitment to provide extraordinary customer care to all clients. Essential Job Functions: * Heavy focus on processing deposit applications both quickly and accurately, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of application data, identification and entity documents, and all executable documentation, as well as providing guidance to the client throughout the process. * Resolving issues via email and phone calls. Other Details: * Candidate must be capable of working a flexible schedule which may include day, evening, and weekend hours. * Position is remote, but employees are required to go onsite 3 days per month * Worksite Location: Henderson, Nevada Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.15 - $24.15 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
