Job Title: Recruiter IV Shift: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Duration: 6 months Location: Columbus, OH 43219 (Onsite role-may have 1 day remote) Details: The recruiter will recruit for midgrade level roles, supporting entry level logistics ATS Workday The cand will recruit edit, post, review resumes, screen, then forward resumes to hiring manager no scheduling interviews looking for full-lifecycle recruiter minimum years of experience 1-2 years open to other ATS exp workload will have 25-35 reqs multiple roles multi-tasker Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract qualified external candidates to meet established business goals, objectives and approved requisitions. Oversee the pre-employment process (background check, references, etc.). Recommend fair, competitive offer based on internal equity and external market based pay. Ensure accurate and timely data is recorded in the company's requisition and applicant tracking system for compliance and reporting metrics. Education/ Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred, will accept Associates H.S diploma
