An auto dealership in the greater Milwaukee area is looking to hire a full-time Service Advisor for their expanding Service Department. Duties include: Listening to customer's descriptions of vehicle symptoms and determine automotive problems and services required. Examining vehicle maintenance record; determine warranty and service contract coverage. Providing vehicle service estimates. Arranging repair orders, acquire customer signature, and enter repair order information into a service database system. Maintaining a positive relationship with all customers; keep a friendly demeanor and attitude. Candidates must be proactive, willing to work in a fast pace environment, have a positive attitude, and have excellent customer service skills. Previous service advisor and automotive experience is preferred. Pay is based on experience.
