Description TEKsystems is looking to add a Systems Support Analyst to their Fortune 100 clients' IT Manufacturing Support Team in Tipp City, OH. This resource will be working on-site (6-3pm, 7-4pm or 8-5pmCST) at the clients manufacturing plant and will be the lead IT support POC for application support activities. They will be asked to support Desktop Support tickets, but will also be working directly with the corporate Desktop Team for escalations. Their plants run 24x7, so this resource must be comfortable with on-call support, as the product they are supporting is Healthcare Critical and production must not cease. This team works through ServiceNow for ticket management and will have on-shore & off-shore and vendor escalation support, when needed. This person must be able to lift 50lbs and be comfortable working in a GxP/GMP (manufacturing) environment. This is a fast-paced organization - communication & organizational skills are key to success.
