Key Responsibilities: Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness. Ensure all parts of loan agreements are correctly entered into the system. Manage commercial loan renewals and modifications. Handle high volumes of loan booking tasks (80-90 per day). Track GL entries for loan bookings and fee collection Perform quality control checks on loan servicing processes/entries. Participate in remote meetings and training sessions. Skills & Qualifications* Must-Have Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in lending (servicing, booking, or both). Experience with consumer, commercial, or both types of loans. Proficiency in CRM systems and lending system knowledge. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word and Excel). Ability to track GL entries and production metrics. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Quick learner and self-starter who can manage tasks independently. Excels with remote meetings and training. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Appian or similar workflow management tools. Commercial lending experience Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
