Proven experience as an Inventory Coordinator, Inventory Control Clerk, or similar role in a retail environment. Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software for data entry and reporting. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain meticulous inventory records and conduct precise physical counts. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. Knowledge of warehouse operations, receiving procedures, and quality control processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
