Mammography Technologist - Breast Center

40 hours/wk

Overview:

Under the direct supervision of the Mammography Supervisor and Senior Mammogapher, performs professional mammography, education and other women's services provided throughout the Breast Imaging department.

Additional job duties:

Screening, diagnostic mamms, stereotactic breast biopsies, breast ultrasound

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiology program.

• Licensure: ARRT Certification required or registry eligible with 6 months of hire and Mammography registry will taken at one year after training completion if not Mammography Certified.

• Certifications: Mammography certification required within certain timeframe if certified technologist hired without mammography experience. BLS required.
