Security Vehicle Patrol Officer - Commercial Bldg. Medley

As a Security Vehicle Patrol Officer - Medley, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a commercial building. They provide access control and patrols while remaining visible and display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsible for the safety and security of all personnel and visitors on the premises.
Participate in the response of all emergency situations and timely report all information to their superior.
Conduct patrols of the premises and immediately report any areas of concern to leadership.
Monitor all alarms and fire detection equipment and respond as necessary.
Complete incident reports for all necessary issues.

Pay Rate: $17 / per hour

*Candidates will be working split shifts

*A valid driver's license will be required for this post

*Clean MVR

*Report writing (Cycop), and Mercury required

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21+ years of age
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
