Job Title: Mortgage Customer Service Representative Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Customer Service Representative to join our team. The position offers a competitive pay rate of $17 per hour for English speakers and $18.50 per hour for bilingual Spanish speakers. The first 30 days will be fully on-site for training, with a schedule of 9:30am to 6pm. After training, the role will transition to a hybrid schedule from 10:30am to 7pm, based on meeting adherence, quality, and attendance expectations. Please note, no time off is allowed in the first 4 weeks. Responsibilities * Handle approximately 35-45 inbound calls per day, with an average call duration of 11-14 minutes. * Address insurance servicing questions from borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions. * Resolve inquiries related to homeowners insurance, including payment and coverage questions. * Multi-task between various systems to research and document phone calls. * Respond quickly and accurately to ensure internal and external standards are met consistently. * Utilize problem-solving skills to handle all calls in a professional manner. Essential Skills * At least 1 year of recent customer service experience (call center experience preferred). * Proficiency in using a Windows PC and navigating software systems. * Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Reliable internet connection for remote training and work. * Reliable transportation. Additional Skills & Qualifications * 2+ years of call center experience. * Background in insurance or mortgage industries.
