TEAM UP WITH US!

The Integrated Services Admin will be responsible for transactions of certain CAT programs, analysis, and trends for contract data, and providing assistance with various tasks within the integrated services department.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Reconciling Transactions and Funds for certain programs with CAT.
  • Analyzes and trends for CVA contract data and report to Integrated Services Leadership for strategic decision making.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Caterpillar.
  • Reporting and mapping for Visionlink updates.
  • Provide back up for other Integrated Service Employees.
  • Provides routine reports to Senior and Executive Management.
  • Billing for technology systems.
  • Following up with customers on sales leads.
  • Excel reports to show trending patterns for different departments.
  • AP invoicing through different systems.
  • Setting up customers with IP.
  • Part Store administration and helping customers with issues within parts store.



WHAT YOU'LL NEED:



  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), Some College Preferred; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
