Job Description * Applications are accepted electronically ONLY at www.cu.edu/cu-careers * This full-time professional exempt position supports undergraduate student success and degree completion by delivering holistic, proactive and developmental advising services. This position is responsible for managing and monitoring a caseload of diverse undergraduate students, primarily in their first 1 year of college, within the School of Public Affairs (~45 credit hours, or less). If it has to do with early college success, this position is involved. This position actively engages in student development, persistence, and retention efforts by deploying preemptive outreach campaigns, reengagement initiatives, and progress monitoring to improve student success. This position will provide timely and accurate advising services during orientation and throughout the students' first year-and-a-half. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
