Vaco is actively seeking an E-Commerce Analytics Manager for a direct-hire opportunity with an internationally respected organization in Memphis.

Position Summary

As the web Analytics Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and drive insights from both quantitative and qualitative data. Your expertise in analytics will guide customer engagement strategies, track key performance indicators, and identify emerging trends that will inform data-driven marketing decisions.

You will lead a 3 to 5 person team ensuring alignment with marketing, merchandising, and other digital strategies. This role is pivotal in enhancing the performance of both B2B and B2C digital channels, with a focus on uncovering actionable insights related to strategy, customer journeys, conversion rates, and traffic performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the management of digital analytics and visualization tools (primarily Adobe Analytics; though also Google Analytics, Glassbox, Comscore, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, APT, etc.).
  • Ensure proper data tracking and tagging in compliance with best practices, global tagging standards, and corporate policies.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for digital marketing reporting, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing performance.
  • Monitor and optimize the usability and performance of digital marketing campaigns, offering strategic recommendations to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Present findings and insights to leadership, offering data-driven recommendations to enhance marketing outcomes.
  • Conduct financial analysis of the e-commerce business, including performance assessments of B2B and B2C operations.
  • Assess and measure the impact of new site functionality, and plan/forecast online sales and promotional activities.
  • Lead the design and implementation of processes and operational policies to improve analytics workflows.

Skills and Experience Required:
  • 5 years of experience in web analytics, preferably within retail, e-commerce, or digital marketing environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics, with experience in AEM and CDP being a plus.
  • Strong background in analyzing online marketing campaigns, including natural and paid search, email, affiliate, display, and social media.
  • Advanced skills in SQL (e.g., SAS, Google BigQuery) for data analysis.
  • Familiarity with third-party marketing platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, GA4, GTM, Launch).
  • Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of e-commerce metrics, web analytics, and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex concepts to stakeholders.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
