About the Role:
As a
Supervisor of Maintenance & Construction, you'll play a key role in coordinating, supervising, and overseeing multi-craft technical teams engaged in both construction and maintenance projects. You will ensure the highest standards of work quality, safety, and efficiency while supporting an outstanding team of technicians. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and supervise a talented technical workforce, including up to master-level technicians, ensuring work is completed efficiently and up to code.
  • Organize work schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met across multiple projects.
  • Train employees on the latest equipment, methods, procedures, and safety techniques to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of work in progress, ensuring compliance with plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with customers, project technicians, and external contractors to guarantee projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee purchasing, estimating costs, and managing resources effectively to maintain smooth operations and job flow.
  • Foster a culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement.

What We Need From You:

  • High School diploma or GED and at least 5 years of relevant experience, plus current NM licensure in one or more construction trades disciplines.
  • Knowledge of planning, scheduling, and managing multi-trade projects.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines.
  • The ability to supervise, train, and mentor a diverse team of technicians to enhance performance.
  • Proficiency in work order management systems and basic job costing.
  • A strong commitment to maintaining workplace safety and environmental practices.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Certification/Licensure:
Current NM licensure in one or more construction trades disciplines

Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
