No C2C. W2 Only. Must be able to work onsite 3 days a week We are seeking experienced Active Directory Engineers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation coordination, and 4th level escalation support of complex, enterprise-level Active Directory solutions, with a focus on security. This role involves working within the engineering organization, interacting with peer teams and partner groups, and scaling and deploying improvement, consolidation, and migration efforts within the enterprise Key Responsibilities: * Analyze, design, and implement complex Active Directory solutions. * Provide 4th level escalation support for Active Directory issues. * Collaborate with peer teams and partner groups to scale and deploy improvements * Lead consolidation and migration efforts within the enterprise. * Ensure security best practices are followed and implemented. Required Skills: * 5-10 years of dedicated Active Directory engineering and architecture experience. * Expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level Active Directory solutions (50K+ objects). * Broad and deep technical experience with Active Directory Security. * Advanced knowledge of Windows security concepts and policies, including least-privilege design principles. * Familiarity with AD Security best practices, latest security threats/trends, and mitigation strategies. * Experience with Active Directory disaster recovery, object management, security models, and trust creation. * Proficiency in granular ACE permissions models. * In-depth knowledge of Kerberos and NTLM authentication, MFA, SSO, and federation technologies. * Extensive experience with Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and third-party management solutions. * Strong knowledge of LDAP and ability to construct queries. * Working knowledge of Certificate/CA/PKI infrastructure. * Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying technical challenges and solutions. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
