Position Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for the confirmation of receipt of goods for the top suppliers on our open order reporting and providing basic to moderate project support and other related administrative duties for Procurement Operations. Demonstrate good critical thinking and exercise judgment to resolve issues independently and recognize when issues need to be escalated. Carry out administrative duties maintaining records and other related project activities. Work under general direction of Procurement Operations Manager. Job Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree is required. 0-1+ years experience in Purchasing/Procurement roles or similar functions. Proficiency in using various Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; ability to learn and become proficient in ERP system. Ability to interface with external and internal customers, including all levels of management, through effective oral and written communication and great interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and with a team. Prioritization, organization, time management, and ability to work well under pressure. Ability to multi-task while paying attention to details.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $62,400.00 - $85,407.34 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
