JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Facilitate teams and the organization to use Agile practices.
* Perform activities such as facilitate SCRUM ceremonies, discussion, and decision making, remove impediments, report metrics, analyze velocity, and radiate information.
* Serve as an authority to the Agile Framework and will be implementing new agile teams, while providing recommendations on improving Agile development and best practices.
* Support and educate the Product Owner on refining and maintaining the product backlog, provide all support to the team using a servant leadership style, and guide the team and organization on how to use Agile practices and values.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s degree in a related field and typically 6 or more years of related experience
* 3+ years of demonstrated experience in Agile Professional role (Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Agile Coach, etc.)
* 3+ years of experience in project management and issue tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence or Redmine
* Certification from an industry-recognized certifying organization, specific to roles mentioned above
* Experience with the practical application of Agile methodologies
* Advanced understanding of the project lifecycle (preliminary design through maintenance phases) using Agile principles

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* One or more Agile certifications such as PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), Certified Scrum Practitioner-Scrum Master (CSP-SM), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
* Experience with the CMMI Level 3 process model
* Understanding of industry-standard software languages
* Experience with software tools for requirements tracking, code reviews, static analysis, library and artifact repository, and automated build
* Knowledge of software development methodologies and lifecycle
