Responsibilities

Outreach Manager

A desirable opportunity exists for a highly accomplished professional to develop and maintain key relationships/partnerships to promote the services offered within the care center; generate qualified referrals resulting in lead generation and admissions for the community through marketing, outreach and public relations activities.

This includes, but is not limited to:

* Identifying opportunities for promoting the community and coordinating referral, outreach events or activities to attract and secure referrals that generate leads.
* Developing and evaluating a quarterly/annual outreach and marketing plan.
* Representing the company and establishing relationships with business and community leaders as well as conducting public speaking engagements and tours of the community and care center.
* Partnering with the Sales Director to identify potential care center residents.


Qualifications

Qualified applicants are repossess a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, public relations, and/or marketing, preferably in health care. Experience with community outreach and presentation to various size groups, organizations and individuals preferred; College degree is required. Must possess a valid and current state driver's license.

Additional requirements include:
* Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills including public speaking.
* Ability to network with local community leaders, organizations, and professionals.
* Knowledge of operations, services and continuum of care in all venues in the community.
