We are seeking leaders to join their team for the following role and shifts:

Job Title: Machine Operators Shifts & Pay:

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | $20 - $22/hour (based on experience)

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | $20 - $22/hour + 15% shift differential

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM | $20 - $22/hour + 20% shift differential



Job Overview:

We are looking for Machine Operators to join our team in the Develop, Etch, Strip, and Bond (DESB) department. In this role, you will operate and maintain production equipment for printed circuit boards (PCBs), ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality compliance.



Key Responsibilities:

Operate, monitor, and maintain DESB equipment to develop, etch, strip, and bond PCBs.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), short sheets, and customer documentation to meet production requirements.

Handle chemicals safely, following all safety protocols and regulations.

Work independently and collaboratively to meet production goals.

Cross-train in other departments as needed for operational flexibility.

Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies.



Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

1-3 months of related training or equivalent experience.

2+ years of PCB manufacturing experience preferred.

Prior DES experience is a plus.

Skills & Abilities:

Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel).

Ability to read and follow SOPs and customer specifications.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Physically capable of standing for long periods and safely lifting up to 50 lbs.
