Title: Customer Service I

Location: Gainesville, FL, 32601


Duration: 10 months

Shit Timings: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)


Nature of the Role:

The Customer Support Representative will work in a call center environment, handling inbound calls for supply orders and customer support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining patient records and verifying accounts.
  • Ensuring department KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met.
  • Communicating prescription revision requests to clinic support teams.
  • Receiving and processing new referrals for out-of-warranty equipment.
  • Facilitating equipment replacements and scheduling annual preventative maintenance for patients.
  • Coordinating customer returns.
  • Following all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.



Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple websites.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong judgment, thinking, and problem-solving abilities


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of call center experience.
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work history.
  • Spanish-speaking skills preferred.
  • Data processing experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls for customer support, supply orders, and account inquiries.
  • Manage and update patient records and account details.
  • Communicate prescription revision requests to the clinic team.
  • Process new referrals and out-of-warranty equipment requests.
  • Assist with equipment replacement and preventative maintenance scheduling.
  • Coordinate customer returns and follow up as needed.
  • Adhere to company regulations, policies, and procedures.



Skills & Competencies:

  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • Computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple web platforms.
  • Ability to solve problems using good judgment and reasoning.
