Pharmacy Technician-Order Entry (340B)

NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for Pharmacy Technician Order Entry to join our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham, AL. This opportunity has a Monday-Friday shift with working hours from 7am- 4pm!

The Pharmacy Technician-Order Entry shall be responsible for the following in addition to normal Order Entry Technician Duties:

* Being the point of contact/liaison for Order Entry questions or concerns from other areas

* Preparing the daily duty schedule for other Order Entry technicians

* Managing the Order Entry process

* Keeping the pharmacy orders mailbox maintained

* Overseeing the Order Entry portion of the Auto-ship process

* Make sure that medication storage areas are scanned monthly for out-of-date products/cards

Position Requirements:

* Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent.

* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting or related field such as wholesale, drug, or medical supply distribution.

* Active registration as a technician with the Alabama Board of Pharmacy.

* PTCB certification is a plus.
