General Information: James Madison University Facilities Management department is seeking a Capital Outlay Project Engineer to join our team! This position is responsible for the management of planning, design, and construction of concurrent assigned projects as well as the management of consultants, and administration of project accomplishment assuring compliance with assigned project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
